By registering for and/or using Sunnyshot, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Sunnyshot.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use Sunnyshot. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
To use Sunnyshot, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.1. Harassment, spamming, and engaging in illegal activities. Posting illegal content or any content that violates these Terms will lead to account termination.
4.2. Engaging in any actions deemed as bad actor behavior, including but not limited to, hacking, phishing, and distributing malware.
4.3. Advertisement and promotion of products or businesses inside SunnyShot.
4.4. All content submited to SunnyShot including text and pictures must be family friendly. Explicit or offensive content is strictly prohibited.
5.1. Users can post text, images, videos, and location content on Sunnyshot. Users retain ownership of their content. However, by posting content, you grant Sunnyshot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and providing the services of Sunnyshot.
5.2. All user content is initially filtered by an AI system and subsequently manually reviewed to ensure compliance with these Terms. Sunnyshot reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
5.3. Users are responsible for making sure the content they submit to SunnyShot is original and is not owned by third parties or infringes the rights of others.
User data is handled securely and is owned by the users. Sunnyshot implements reasonable measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For more details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
To manage your profile on Sunnyshot, you must have a valid subscription. Payments for subscriptions are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions.
Sunnyshot reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted. Sunnyshot is not liable for any consequences arising from such termination.
Sunnyshot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Sunnyshot does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunnyshot disclaims all liability for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Sunnyshot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify users by email. Continued use of the service after such changes have been notified constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
